Great agent

I hired Kevin to sell my wooded vacant lot in Kissimmee. The real estate market was suffering from the sudden rise in interest rates and a decline in consumer confidence. Kevin gave me some suggestions on how to stand out from the rest of the listings. I do not live in Florida, so I really appreciate that Kevin volunteered to clear up the overgrowth vegetation in the front of my property and he also cleared a path through my wooded land so that people can visualize their home in it. I am very happy with the whole experience.
