Robert was readily available whenever my wife or I had questions, he even took a couple hours out of his evening one night to walk us through the contract. One of my favorite aspect about dealing with Robert was the total honesty in which he spoke to us, and always offered his very valuable opinion on whatever property we were visiting, including one property we walked into and he looked at my wife and I and said "I wouldn't if I were you". The other, most important aspect, for me, of working with Robert is that he never treated my wife and I as "just kids" and never spoke down to us or got annoyed that we were asking for so may questions. I highly recommend Robert for anyone looking to buy a home.

Robert helped us find our first home. Being first time homeowners we were clueless but Robert really guided us with truthful and honest advice. I will never forget one of the first houses we checked out, Robert was openly honest about the poor structure of the house and even went in depth bringing us to the garage and teaching us how to really dissect a house to see if it’s well built or not. Overall, I have nothing but good things to say. He’s also a very good negotiator as the owners of the house were being tough to deal with at one point. Thank you again Robert! I worked with Robert in finding a home for me and my family. It took over a month before I finally decided to make an offer on a home. Robert helped me find a lender and was extremely patient, knowledgeable and always had my best interest in mind. Robert was excellent as a liaison working with the lender and the title company and kept me up-to-date through the entire process. Any question I had for Robert was answered promptly, to include last minute calls to go see a new property. There were a few issues that came up during closing and Robert was instrumental in closing on time and making sure I was protected.
