Best realtor ever!
Having bought an sold several houses before, I can safely say that Debbie is head and shoulders above the rest of the realtors I've dealt with. The house was priced right (not low) and sold very quickly, even in a slow market. She literally walked me to the government agencies that I had to deal with. She then managed the whole process of preparing the house for sale remotely, since I could not stay in the the area. She was also very diligent in clearly explaining the documents that I had to sign. In addition to being thoroughly versed in specific issues of manufactured homes, she really cares about you as a person!
