My family has purchased several homes and commercial properties over the years; by far Tracy was the best agent we have ever worked with. From start to finish, we came to rely on Tracy's real estate knowledge, market expertise, her industry contacts and her professionalism. In addition, she is a very good person and a great listener. Some of the issue she helped us work through were: Our son being a first-time buyer; Our son being a Disney cast member recently transferred from California and not familiar with area ; My wife and I needing to be closely involved in the process from our home in the Midwest; Our lack of knowledge of Central Florida, its communities, real estate market and related laws; The unique challenges of new construction; Keeping all of us updated on construction progress; and Being our advocate with the construction company, sales agent, inspectors, appraisers, and Title company. Initially, Tracy spent the time necessary to get to know our son and his real estate needs and desires. She showed him various properties and helped him decide on and make an offer on an under construction townhouse. But she did not stop there. Tracy remained involved throughout the construction process. She helped negotiate concessions from the builder and participated in walk through(s) with our son to ensure everything was completed as per the purchase agreement. She was available to all of us by telephone and in person for our son to address any issues that arose during construction. Tracy facilitated an independent inspection of the property to help ensure that all construction was to code and within industry standards. Tracy even attended the closing to ensure that it went smoothly. In summary, Tracy Wickerham did not treat us as just another a client. We felt like she treated us like family!
