I am a Nicaraguan Native and Spanish Speaking who grew up in Miami, Florida in the 1980s. Rent was like $200 bucks a month when I was a child in Miami. I now live in Orange Park-Northeast Florida and service all 4 counties Duval, Clay, Nassau and St. John's. I have been here in Orange Park , Florida since 2018 and I love that my kids have grown here in Clay County. We are close to Saint Augustine and Vilano Beach which is the kids favorite place once the summer starts. I served in the Marine Corps, Camp Pendleton, CA for 4 years and when I got back to Miami in 2001, my father owned an insurance, mortgage and real estate company and that is how my real estate career all started.
