We had agreements with this agent that she did not follow through on and keep her word such as (but definitely not limited to) commission for selling the property, her effort to sell the property that she was hired to list. When we purchased the property she did not want to negotiate the price so my husband had to step in and take this over. She is unprofessional with her communication or lack there of. We would never use this agent to buy or sell our properties. The property that she was supposed to sell for us had to have another agent come in and take over to get the sale done. The other listing we had with her expired and we were able to put a different agent on it who has been amazing! Buyer and seller beware. If you need proof, research how many properties she had listed and then had to take off the market. There are much better and professional agents to work with. We trusted her too much and that is most definitely my fault. Even if she had communicated better this may have not been an issue. She seemed fearful to be honest or make more effort especially for the commission we paid. I am only sharing what I wish someone had told me.
