Chris Poff helped me to build my real estate holdings from 0 to 5 homes worth almost $1million in just over 3 years. The first one that he located for me was 642 Lake Davenport in Davenport, Florida. This included 3 Disney Vacation home properties and 2 that were used for my permanent residence. I still currently live in one of them. All were sold for a profit, which I give credit to Chris, who knows the central florida real estate market so well, and is able to always come up with great deals, as well as new home communities that are just coming out of the ground.
