Margaret helped us find our very first house! She was very patient, and let us look at as many houses as we wanted. She walked and talked us through the whole process, making sure everything was right and that we understood everything! First of all I have personally pass out her card to several others in my association that have been talking about selling their units, that for itself speaks volumes. She marketed that property and it was shown almost dally. Despite a couple of hang ups she did get it closed at full asking price. As a licensed REALTOR in Northern Vermont I would go to her help again for a purchase in Flordia.
