Before listing, we discussed the most positive objectives of buyer and seller in the current market in order to narrow in on those aspects that would appeal to our "target consumer." In order to make the sales presentation irresistable, minor additions to the kitchen (e.g. , new microwave & stove), deep cleaning of area carpets & a WiFi (smart) thermostat were added. The sale & closing occurred within days - to everyone's satisfaction.

Melissa goes out of her way to sweep leaves around the property before she has an open house plus vacuumed the carpet after open houses. Because she lives on the canal she is knowledgeable on selling houses on water. Where other realtors might not understand. She works hard to sell your home. Very friendly and outgoing personality.
