John has worked in the Tampa/Clearwater region for over 40 years and it really shows. He is incredibly knowledgeable and very skilled in the regional market at both a macro and local level. I can attest he knows every nook and cranny of Pinellas and Pasco counties. John’s also honest, very dependable and a good negotiator. You’re going to receive a call back or text within an hour if you have a question. I’ve responded to offers in writing late in the evening when many agents would have put it off to the next day. John also sold my parents’ home. It was a complicated transaction. My parents had been happily living in Countryside for over 30 years but needed to quickly downsize and move into an independent living facility. Time was of the essence and it was an emotional period. John managed a very difficult and demanding Buyer and get it done in 45 days at the price my parents wanted. Work with him.
