Alex was referred to me by a dear friend of mine. It was a difficult time for us as we were trying to sell the house while the state was coming out of the pandemic. He took the time to get to know us and listened patiently as we told him about our mother. He was able to negotiate a sale above the appraisal value. But most of all he took the time to care about the house that my mother had owned for over 50 years. It was refreshing to work with a compassionate person during a very difficult time for us. We really appreciated working with someone that cared about how we were doing and that he went above and beyond what he was required to do. He actually took the time to learn our names and provided excellent and prompt responses when needed. He's amazing!
