•We mistakenly thought we would try and sell our home ourselves. Darlene asked if she could help us and made it a point to connect with us in person. She counseled us on a realistic sales price by showing us other houses in the area that were selling in the similar price range. She brought in an excellent and personable videographer (Trey) and got our home listed quickly online. She explained about the house showing app, where other realtors would text us with showing requests. She stayed cool and professional throughout the selling process, even when we were dealing with demanding, potential buyers. She was responsive, communicative, and available when we reached out to her. During negotiations, she kept us focused and steadfast. Darlene has a great attitude and personality, which was refreshing during this process.
