We had bought and sold homes 4 earlier times in our lives but this purchase is the first one I, the spouse, have handled. I knew nothing about how to proceed. Jacki acted as the Buyer's Agent and held my hand all the way through. I'm sure she did many things for us that would have been done by other purchasers themselves. But Jacki saw that I needed direction and help and gave it in a myriad of ways. Jacki certainly knows the market which she proved with her knowledge and advice to us. We were selling another house as we were buying this. In a most professional manner Jacki even gave us information on what our other agent should be doing for us and, obviously she was right. Every time Jacki mentioned something and I tactfully suggested it to the agent for the sale of our house--the agent did it. Kudos to Jacki. If you are looking for an agent who truly has your best interests at heart--go with Jacki!!
