Fanstasic realtor!! I had to place my mother's condo up for sale on fairly short notice in stressful circumstances. Laura made it so easy and moved so quickly, she was absolutely perfect. Her advice on what to do, and what not to do, to the property for a sale and staging was spot-on, as was her pricing advice. We had a contract in less than a week for a price that well exceeded my expectations, which closed in less than a month. A minor title problem came up and she was right on it and made it her problem, not mine, and had it resolved. I plan to use her for another residence I plan to sell. I cannot recommend her highly enough!
