She provided timely customer feedback from showings. She and Jonh were a good team in selling the home and went the extra mile to make the closing process go as smoothly as possible. Debbie was very professional. Always very pleasant with every conservation I had with her. Since we couldn't get to Florida because of the Virus. She handled the final sale and kept me informed of what was going on, almost on daily basis. She took items to Good Will, and mailed several items we wanted to us. She also made arrangemts to send a piano to my Son in Kansas. She did such a great job, I consider her a friend, and a great and honest person. honest person.

Selling a home is not an easy thing and to do it remotely can add another level of stress. We were fortunate to list my father’s home with Debbie and John Ask of Florida Home Team. Bill is a highly professional real estate agent who tells it like it is, which we greatly appreciated. What makes Bill so good: He has lived in the Sarasota area for a long time. This gives him a sense of knowledge about the area that allows him to give you the "real" background on the area, neighborhoods, builders, etc. He seems to know everyone - which makes the process flow easier and with actionable insights. He learns what interests you and, not only provides you with guidance and representation on your home - but provides you with info on things to do locally that align with your interests. After looking for several months, Bill helped us find the perfect location to call home! I would recommend Bill and would definitely work with him again.
