This review has been a longtime coming, but with an out of state move and all that goes along with that, it’s been a bit delayed. Now that we’ve got some time to breathe, I want to personally take the time to thank both Jay and Michele! Our very first true interaction with Jay was via video call since we were out of state, and he exuded such professionalism and expertise in his field. We knew at that moment that we were in good hands, and he put our concerns with an out of state purchase at ease. Both he and Michele were with us each step along the journey, and they made sure that we were taken care of, and that progress with our new home build was going along as planned without hiccups. They were readily available whenever we needed them and continue to be a wealth of knowledge as we traverse our new changes in life. There are many realtors out there and choosing one can be daunting. Jay and Michele are an amazing team and they will look out for you and make sure you get into your dream home. The miracle man is in full swing! Once again Scott was able to manage two very difficult simultaneous closings. He directly addressed every single issue seamlessly and through to complete resolution - and many arose thanks to changes in insurance underwriting and other third parties unaffiliated with Scott or Florida Executive Realty! Travis was easily the best part of my home buying experience. As a first time home buyer, he was reassuring and clear throughout the entire process. He continued to provide me with a variety of options without pressure as I learned about the process. When life circumstances required me to speed up the home buying timeline dramatically, he worked side by side with me to find the best fit for my needs within the time that I needed. He did not hesitate to meet with me multiple times within a week to see houses I wanted to explore and did his research to make sure everything aligned to the requirements I needed for my loan and home buying program. When other people in my home buying team were less responsive than they needed to be he stepped up and pushed them to move forward to ensure everything was in place in time for my needed closing date. I can not possibly recommend Travis more. He talked me through every question and concern I had and helped to reassure me throughout the home buying process. He was always quick to respond and provide valuable knowledge. I would recommend him to all my family and friends. Josh was extremely patient during what turned out to be a longer than expected house buying process here in Florida. We were in the process of selling our house in Cali and purchasing here in Florida and Josh was great in answering any and all questions no matter the time of day. He offered guidance throughout the process and was crystal clear on everything from start to finish. He has a no-frills approach, so you don't feel like your left in the dark at any time. He endured a lot during our 8-month home selling/buying process to include issues from our realtor in Cali and a extremely unprofessional and irritating selling agent here in Florida but continued to have our best interest at heart. It was truly a great experience, we all know finding a house could be challenging at times but Josh made the process easy and less stressful, made it fun and saved us a lot of time and money by eliminating houses we thought we wanted to see but he would do the research ahead of time and collected information to let us know those houses didn’t meet our requirements and needs…also, he never put pressure on us or makes us hurry up and just get any house…finally, whenever we had a question or something didn’t make sense or it didn’t feel right, he was on it and took care of it with no problem!

Scott is a a top notch realtor. He is an expert in his knowledge of the Tampa and surrounding communities for all types of homes and cities/towns. As a new home buyer from out of state, he spent an enormous amount of time walking us through our options and pro/cons of each. When we decided on a community- he recommended an inspector and was present for all the steps along the way through post close. He is also familiar with all types of vendors needed for home improvement in the area. A true professional in every way!
