We saw many homes and the average price of a Hillsborough home seemed to have grown by about 20k-30k more by the time I found this one. I am very happy with my purchase and with Jay’s assistance and effort in making this happen. Jay has a fiduciary agreement to help you find the best home for you and that helped me become comfortable with the process but expect to move fast!
