•Chad Higby's knowledge and expertise in every step of the process of selling my mother's home went beyond measure. Chad has excellent communication skills and was able to explain and answer every question or concern myself or my two brothers may have had during the process. Our sale was not an easy one as my brothers and I each live in different areas of the country. Chad was able to keep all of us very well infomed. With concern for our best interest but also the buyer, he demonstrated excellent negotiation skills. It was a difficult time and we appreciate his kindness and understanding as well.
