•We listed a potentially hard to sell tract of vacant land with Debra Lea Ramsey in late 2015. She was honest and open about how she felt that it may sit for a while due to the time of the year and property type. After the new year, she contacted us on a regular basis with updates and suggested price adjustments. After less than 90 days on the market, the property was under contract for only slightly less than our original asking price. Tense negotiations with the buyer arose, but she handled it like a champ. If she did not know the answer to our question, she found it. She was always willing to take our calls, even at 9:00 pm while trying to take care of her own family. The closing went off without a hitch and even closed 6 days BEFORE the original contract expiration date. I can not express how glad we are that we chose her to list our property. We will be using her again. She is an excellent Realtor and they are hard to find these days!
