Be Prepared

I am very glad that we went this route, BUT you should know Stephen is not just a realtor, but a lawyer and the owner of Excel Title as well. I never did get to talk directly to Stephen, but other lawyers who worked for him. You will be charged a fee for using other Title companies. I was not particularly impressed with Excel Title, but the house sold. All of this caused me to be extra nervous about the eventual outcome. After the house has sold I can say this was a good service and the Lawyers who worked for Stephen were helpful on several key legal points. I would highly recommend this service, just know these few things ahead of time. Stephen (or maybe one of his office?) is extremely prompt at answering emails. If I was.selling another house I would not hesitate to use him again. In the end I saved a lot of money by using them.
