I hired Flat Fee MLS Realty to assist me in selling my house in Sarasota. The experience was great! Within 4 days after listing my house on the MLS, I had several offers. I closed 5 weeks later. Flat Fee MLS Realty gave me a professional yard sign, a lockbox and their photographer took excellent photos, including aerial photos. All this for a very nominal fee! I would recommend them anytime. They did what they said they would do and even exceeded my expectations. Jill

It couldn't have been easier!
We used Flat Fee MLS Realty to sell our family home and it couldn't have been easier! It was a very thorough process and they always responded quickly to any questions we had. Using the App to schedule showings was extremely convenient and we had our first showing scheduled withing 2 minutes of being on the MLS. Ultimately, our house sold in a day and for above asking price because we had so many showings lined up! Listing through FLAT Fee MLS Realty saved us so much money and we plan to use this company again to sell our investment properties. Highly recommend cutting out the middle (wo)man and fees and use this service instead.
