Angel is fabulous. I listed my house (w/ somebody else) in 2012 and again in 2016, both times with no movement. A friend suggested I contact Angel. She visited my house on the same day I contacted her, answered all of our questions & addressed our concerns. During this initial visit, she toured the house, sat with us and explained what to expect. At our request, she did a second walk-through and offered pointers room by room. It never felt like a sales pitch, but more like a friend offering advice & assistance. She listed the house and sold it within days. The process of finding our new home was not easy. Angel listened to our thoughts, was open to hearing what our needs were and was optimistic that we'd find the right home. The market was hot, and it was tough to find a home that fit our needs & our budget, and I was a bit stressed. But Angel was persistent & upbeat, and again saw us through every step of the process, and found a home that was almost exactly what we wanted. She went above & beyond on more than one occasion. I was a first time homebuyer and I couldn't be more pleased with the help that Tim provided me.
