Pete Westers is knowledgeable, professional and an excellent communicator. We decided to sell our home one week before it went on the market. Pete Westers helped us understand how to prepare the home for sale in a short period of time. We had 2 offers the first day it was on the market then held the sale open for 2 more days before choosing one of eight offers. After the sale we had 90 days to find a new house! Pete learned what we wanted in a home and in what area we were looking, to find the right houses for us to view.
