•The fact of the matter is that Jay is simply excellent at what he does and is an unmitigated professional. We listed our property with Jay and within (1 - 2) days not only had multiple parties tendering interest but had an accepted offer. We closed on our property a few days ago and could not be more appreciative for the effort that Jay expended. Jay lead us through the details and process of selling our property while us being an out-of-state seller. Jay's updates, feedback, and follow-ups were excellent and expedient. Jay was always available for consultation and his advice proved to be impeccable. In my opinion, there is simply no other choice than Jay by which to transact either a real estate acquisition and / or dispersal. Unfortunately, words simply fail to adequately express our gratitude. Thank you so much Jay and best wishes for your continued success.
