•Sandra, a realtor in my area of Murrieta Cal. Listed my home last April, right st the beginning of the current real estate debacle. It was just our luck that we were directly affected by the downturn. Saundra kept track of the market and advised us of what to do. Bear in mind nothing was selling. Well we persisted and finally found a price that would be attractive to prospective buyers. We obtained a buyer. And were able to sell at a time when no other home were selling. I attribute our sale to Saundra's perseverance during an obviously difficult market. The bad market persists, but we were able to successfully exit with a sales victory, even in a tumultuous real estate time
Saundra Stormer has been my Realtor , and sold my house , when other houses like mine did not sell. She has been super efficient & personable in all aspects of her job. When a problem occurred, she was right there to take charge! Sandra is an excellent realtor!!
