•Vinita helped us with our first house recently in San Diego county. Vinita is friendly, very responsive (she was available pretty much all day if we had any questions). She was very willing to help verify details of the property, home inspection reports, loan transactions, and all other documents during the process. Her communication with different parties was key for us to close sooner than normal closing process times. She is very experienced in San Diego county market. Her communication with seller impressed seller so much that they went with our offer pretty quick. She was always careful listening to our questions and doubts & provided in detail satisfactory answers. At times, she was working pretty late, but she managed to help us prepare offer late in the night. Even when we were okay with not getting any credit, she was able to get us some seller credit. With no doubt, if we decide buy/sell our house, we'll choose to work with her again.
