•We sold our dad's house in Irvine. Even though Irvine is not Durk's primary market area, he did his research and showed us as much relevant data as he could find for Irvine, for condos, and for "original condition" condos in Irvine. He had a strategy in mind to meet our goals of a quick transaction with minimal repairs requested, while still receiving a competitive price. He was present, positive, and transparent throughout the process, which we made more difficult by having us 3 sellers be geographically and technologically spread. One of us was on the east coast and one of us no longer turns on his computer. Durk went the extra mile in ensuring everyone remained on the same page and informed of the latest developments, all the way through final close of escrow. His pricing and marketing strategy delivered exactly what we were looking for and I could not be happier with the experience.
