•When it comes to finding a good real estate agent, it’s important that they are entrenched in the real estate network in your areas of interest. Tony is always networking to discover, not only homes on the MLS, but also pocket listings and homes that are coming soon. His network is not exclusive to real estate agents alone, but includes builders, investors, out of state buyers, and sellers, etc. When you’re a buyer in a hot market, you want an agent that has the inside scoop because they understand the importance of networking with other agents, buyers, sellers, etc. Real estate is a business of relationships, and Tony is the “Network King”. It’s been a pleasure to have an agent who’s communicative, informed, and diligent at finding the right fit for our situation. Tony is a first class agent!
Steven was recommended to us and he did an absolutely amazing job. He helped get the home staged, cleaned, repaired. He communicated with us very well as we lived out of state. I would highly recommend him!
