We were very impressed with Parnaz when we purchased our new house recently! She was pleasant, professional and tried hard to make us and the seller happy. She was also quite responsive to our concerns and issues which came up during inspection of the house. For instance, during inspection phase we discovered moisture in one wall. She worked diligently with HOA to fix the issue in a timely manner.
