•Julia went above and beyond in helping us to sell an inherited property in Estes Park. Among many things, she organized an estate sale, interfaced with contractors to have landscaping cleaned up and unwanted items hauled away, packed and arranged shipping for furniture and family heirlooms, and of course successfully sold the property. She even worked with the new owner to resolve an unexpected issue after the sale. We were very pleased to have had Julia working with us.
