•At a time when the situation was not one of joy, Julie was a joy to work with. I live in the midwest and my sister lived in California. She passed away and my husband and I flew out to take care of her estate. We knew no one in that area. My sister had a group of neighbors and friends who looked after her since she lived alone. One of the friends has a friend who is a longtime friend of Julie's and the friend of the friend reccommended Julie to us. Julie came almost immediately after we called her. She was very kind and concerned regarding our situation. While we took care of going through paperwork and personal property Julie took control of all aspects of selling the house. Julie toured the property, saw what needed to be done hiring those needed to get the property ready to sell. She and even her husband also pitched in to get things ready. Julie showed us comps of places in the area and together we decided on the appropriate selling price. We were only able to stay in California for a month but the process of getting the property ready to sell and the process of selling it continued on under Julie's watchful eye once we left. The property sold quickly over the asking price and Julie took care of all that was needed to finalize the sale even helping resolve some questions that have come up after the sale. We are very thankful for the circle of friends that brought us to Julie. In addition to having a very professional and competent agent, we feel we also have made a friend.
