•My husband and I are already very quick to recommend Kyle Gunter to friends and family! We are first time home buyers, and his knowledge and advice were invaluable in searching for, and then purchasing, our new home. He always gave an honest evaluation of the homes we looked at, and never pressured us into making any decisions. Also, we are not very handy, and he took the time to walk through the house we chose multiple times to show us what needed to be done, and even how to do it. He has walked with us each step of the way; even after our closing he has stayed in close contact and has come back to give advice on work needed in our home. We are very grateful for Kyle. He went above and beyond for us!! Highly recommend.
