•I was searching for property and I got connected with Sarah online. We spoke and found out we were practically neighbors. We met at a parcel of land I had found and the moment we started to talk I knew I didn’t want anyone else to be my agent. We gave her our house to sell and she went above and beyond to help us. She did what most others would not have. We ended up selling the house for more than any of us anticipated and in only about 2 weeks. Sarah knew we had no place to go with a huge family but she came up with a brilliant idea and had us in a month to month rental until we found our dream home and we did. I found a house I loved online and we went to see it. I was not pre qualified yet and a few days after seeing the house Sarah pushed me to get a pre qual letter. I didn’t even think it would happen. So without her I would not have even been motivated and would have lost the perfect house for my family. She is one of the best and most personable agents I have ever met and I have dozens as clients to my business. Sarah and I are friends now and I’m grateful and blessed to have met her!!!
