•We asked Rick to list our property in December, 2025. He suggested we wait several months to see if valuations return to higher levels. However, the property was listed in December. Property was sold by Rick and closed on December 11, 2025 thanks to Rick’s diligence and willingness to hold an ‘open house’’ on all weekends. He was very helpful in staging the house, which helped to facilitate the fast sale. Rick always kept us posted on the number of visitors and their possible interest levels. He was always pleasantly available to answer any questions. Rick’s level of service exceeded our expectations as an honest and dedicated professional. Larry Smith
