Richard and his team did a first rate job in marketing and selling our home. We had a few issues to address along the way, but they were always taken care of in an expeditious fashion. Communications were always timely and appropriate. We had good comps to help with setting the appropriate market pricing. This is not the first home that I have bought or sold through the Richard Capps Team. It is hard to make a bad choice in a real estate team/agent when using the Richard Capps Team!
