Rick did an amazing job for us. From the beginning, he had a well thought out marketing plan to help position our house properly. His level of professionalism was outstanding from always returning phone calls, following up on every lead to constantly re-evaluating where we stood in the market. He knew the area (the Inlets) inside out. Plus we were amazed at the creative ideas Rick always came up with to help position us. after 1 yr of no results we heard about Rick, he worked daily staging, planting pots, painting could go on and on.....many problems came up when getting the house ready to close because of incomplete paper work way back when we bought the house 7 yrs ago....what a mess....Rick worked tireless on doting all of the I and crossing all of the t 's......would highly recommend him... can't say enough about Rick, especially when I compare him to the realtors we dealt with the whole YEAR house was for sale before we listed with him.....

Wow, what a wonderful experience we had working with Rick and his wife. They were so nice and helpful with all our real estate needs. Rick by far meet our expectations and went above and beyond for our family while we were looking for our home. His attention to detail is amazing! He was even helpful once our purchase was finished and closed and was still there to walk me through the process of being a first time purchaser of a home and new to the state of Florida.
