•Joan helped us locate the land we were searching for which was no small feat. She climbed hills, climbed over fallen trees, drove out into the middle of nowhere all over upstate NY it felt like. She was such a good sport about all of it. These were large tracts of land over a hundred acres in many instances. Joan gave us tools to measure the property and verify everything was as stated. She is very knowledgeable about all aspects of real estate including negotiation for the best price when we finally found the perfect property. Joan was great at communicating with us through every step of the process. She explained everything and recommended a lawyer which was a big help. She was also our biggest cheerleader and was as excited as we were when we closed on the property. Joan is the whole package in a real estate agent and I would recommend her to anyone looking to buy real estate of any kind.
