Would we recommend Barbara Breuer to find you a great house? Most definitely, again and again!
Barbara Breuer In mid-February 2019, we had just sold our house in the Chicago area and planned to move to Florida’s Mount Dora Area. We needed to move fast. We called a real estate office, and, after hearing of our situation, it was recommended that we speak to Barbara Breuer. We gave her an outline of our requirements together with 3 houses to visit. Met with Barbara in Mount Dora and immediately visited the three houses. None of the houses met our needs from an earlier online vetting operation we had conducted. Barbara set to work and rewrote our house outline and we again visited houses. Again, Barbara pressed us to consider other houses. In all, we looked at four or five different homes, spanning 3 or 4 days. Throughout this whole period there was one reliable person, Barbara. She worked hard and long. When there was a question Barbara had an answer. She did not and would not stop until we had a house that we were totally pleased with. Barbara did find us our new home, within our specification and well within our budget. Would we recommend Barbara Breuer to find you a great house? Most definitely, again and again! Barbara you’re great!

Barbara was the best Real Estate agent I have worked with
Barbara was the best Real Estate agent I have worked with. I have bought and sold many houses in my lifetime and She went above and beyond the call of duty. I would recommend her to anyone buying or selling a house. Not only is she very professional but a lot of fun to work with.

I'm very happy with her.
she new the homes in my compleax and put it on utube and had a vidio and pictures on line and I think that made it sell in three weeks I'm very happy with her.

Barbara is a top notch realtor
Barbara is a top notch realtor. She pays great attention to detail, which in the real estate business can make all the difference in a terrible experience verse a great experience. It can also make a difference in the bottom line. My home sold in 2 days and the full asking price. Barbara was there every step of the way keeping me informed and updated on what to expect and how to proceed. I couldn't be more pleased with her. Thanks Barbara for making a stressful event just as smooth as it could be.

Barbara is very professional and has a great understanding of her market
Barbara is very professional and has a great understanding of her market. She did a great job communicating with us throughout the entire process, especially the negotiations with the buyer of our condo. She kept us informed and explained all of the options when we received multiple offers for our property. Going into the process she demonstrated a thorough knowledge of the current market and was a great help in guiding us as to how much to ask for our property. We would highly recommend her to others.

Barbara is a real professional who is very responsive to her clients' needs and expectations. She doesn't waste time and proactively anticipates your interests. You will find that she is always one step ahead of your to dos. She also has a great ability to keep the process moving with the additional vendors you will need to engage such as home inspection services and attorneys. I give Barbara an A+. Engage her services and you won't be sorry.

Stacy was professional and diligent. She answered my questions and helped me through the closing and after. Stacy showed me several houses and took the time to make sure I got the house I would be happy with. Stacy is easy to talk with and she asked the right questions, so she could find exactly what I wanted.
