Pete was instrumental in helping us find and purchase a home.<br/><br/>The service we received was above and beyond our expectations.<br/><br/>Not only did Pete help us find a property to buy, he helped us navigate through all the minute details of purchasing a bank owned property. This was made especially difficult by the fact that we were out of state buyers, so we really relied on our agent to do most of the leg work.<br/><br/>I would not hesitate to work with Peter in the future.
