From the beginning, Bertrand and his team showed their unique market knowledge and service with the information they gathered, presented, and reviewed with us. Ultimately, through their counsel we were able to achieve the best possible outcome for our family on what was a very challenging task (lack of comparable and other intangibles). Great Realtor
I just want to say how happy I was to have a realtor that jump right in and worked with me to sell my property . I had renters in the property and their was damaged to the property but no problem for my realtor, Bertrand . He started to work on the property and within 6 days after getting ready to sell it was sold. I can not say enough about him and his team, they are an A plus in my book . Bertrand took care of my rental contract for almost 4 years. He was perfect in feedback, organization, numbers, following up the home situation during the contract.
