•Patrick's real estate knowledge is on point. He priced our home accurately and we sold in less than 2 weeks. He was on top of all the negotiations and we completely trusted his ability to be honest and fair, while following all the real estate rules and regulations. When showing us homes to purchase, he participated and helped us look things over, and also gave his honest feedback or ideas. If he was not available to show us a home, Ryan would help us and Ryan was also fantastic! We would use either one of them again. The only item that was slightly frustrating at times was just coordinating schedules and the availability of Patrick. He has a busy schedule because he is good at what he does, but we did feel like he tried to accommodate us and when we finally found the home we wanted to buy, he made it all happen! We worked with him as a friend, not just our realtor. We wish him continued success and will recommend him to friends.
