•When I first met Luke I knew he was someone I’d love to work with. As a first time buyer he made sure I was comfortable with and understood the home buying process before anything else. Throughout the entire process, from when I first talked to Luke to the day I closed, he was there to answer any questions, doubts or concerns I had. I never once felt overwhelmed or confused throughout the entire process which is something I had feared as a first time home buyer. I had heard how stressful it can be to keep up with all the things you have to do to buy a house. If there were any concerns that needed a professional opinion about a house I was interested he was ready with several different contractors ready to come out pretty fast and/or answer questions or concerns we may have. If information about the home is available, he is great at providing it before you go see a house which is amazing because when you go see a house you now aren’t going in blind you have some details and information about the house already. Thanks to Luke, I had a stress free first time buying experience, he helped me find my first home and helped negotiate a great deal! I’ve been at this new house for a couple months now and I love my home. I would definitely recommend working with Luke if you’re looking for a home, especially as a first time home buyer!
