•A house on our street sold through an estate sale. It sold for about 80,000K under comps. Ruthie helped us come up with a listing price that wasn’t too low even though the comps were against us. She also put up a “coming soon “ sign in front of our house. A couple saw the sign and it gave them time to get their offer prepared. They bought our house before it went on MLS! Ruthie kept us informed and made the sales process a breeze. Thanks Ruthie!
