•Carrie was honest and straightforward as we sat down to discuss selling. Ultimately she was within $1000 of the actual sale price. From her input on how best to present the house to managing our expectations each time someone looked at the house, Carrie was a rock. During the sale, closing and even the move, Carrie advised and encouraged us. The day we actually started moving furniture in, we texted to thank her as she had been right on every phase. It all seemed disjointed, but Carrie continually told us it would all come together and that she would make sure we were on track. Then it all happened and she was right. Even helped us with a for sale buy owner home, and the challenges we did not see. Thank you again Carrie!
