•Dawn was incredible! She made sure she knew what I was looking for and made sure to schedule multiple viewings back-to-back, which saved me a lot of time. She was patient with my questions and was so knowledgable about home construction features and shared that knowledge with me - pros and cons. Dawn was not about making a sale but was genuinely interested in helping me find a home where I would be happy. She scheduled showings based on my availability rather than her own and was patient with my questions - even when I asked the same ones I had already asked. She made the process so easy and handled everything (inspections, etc.). Her professionalism is above all others. I cannot praise her enough!
