•As first-time buyers, my husband and I were very new to everything that is involved with looking for and purchasing a home. After a less than desirable interaction with a previous agent who was randomly assigned to us online (if you're in the market, I think you can guess which site), we were recommended to reach out to Dawn by a friend of my husband's, and we have yet to regret it one bit. What a difference! She really listened to our needs and was thorough from start to finish. Very communicative and unafraid to be upfront and honest. Dawn was attentive, detail oriented, and consistently exceeding our expectations. Additionally, she was also friendly, and more than willing to accommodate our unconventional lifestyle, as we all are night-shift folks. She is full of such useful information and recommendations, and cares tremendously about her clients. Truly a wise and knowledgeable individual who takes her career and your home search very seriously. No matter her recommendation, I have yet to find one that doesn't live up to it (and I can be a bit of a tricky customer, I will admit). Whether it is your first home or not, I would not hesitate to recommend Dawn and use her services again.
