•If you need someone who will be by your side, talk you off that ledge and calm you down, Missie is that person. She’s not only a realtor but she is your biggest advocate and just one of the nicest people you will meet. From our first meeting she asked what I thought my house was worth. I had a number in mind and she said it was worth more. She put together an amazing listing that showcased my home better than I could imagine. With Missie’s expertise, she was able to get multiple offers and wishing 6 hours of going live with showings, we accepted an offer that was over asking and closed under 30 days. Since I was moving across the country I was not taking much furniture with me. Missie took it upon herself to help me sell the furniture that I was not taking and she sold it all. I can’t say how much I value what Missie did for me and what it meant to have her as my realtor. Not only was she my realtor she is now a person I consider a friend.
