•Working with Amanda was a pleasure from start to finish! I could not imagine going through this process without her. I am an older than the average first-time homeowner with less than amazing credit and only an average income. I am also very detail-oriented and want to know all the things. So, I was a special case right from the start. But, before I was even sure if I wanted to buy a house, Amanda walked me through the entire process and stayed on the phone with me for hours answering all of my questions. It was like Home Buying 101 free of charge, with no expectations. It was a tough time to be a buyer, interest rates were crazy, the competition was fierce, and there were quite a few times I was ready to give up on the search. Amanda was so patient! She never pushed, she never cajoled, she never even persuaded. She gave me insight and options and helped me see the consequences of different decisions. This allowed me to make truly educated and informed choice at every level. I seriously couldn't imagine having a better partner. She made me feel like my needs were her number one priority. And that all my wants and feelings were completely valid. Amanda has years of experience and a ton of connections. I know having her on my side gave me a leg-up. I recommend her fully and without any reservations!
