•Renee Martin is a consummate professional. She was our listing agent for our condominium. She was referred by a friend and it was a good one. I knew we were in good hands from our very first meeting. She came prepared and she took great care of us throughout the process. We had three offers within two days of listing. We accepted the right one and closed a month later. She shepherded us through the next month and went above and beyond to make sure things proceeded smoothly, keeping my wife and I fully informed along the way. At one point, she went above and beyond what I would expect from a real estate agent. We had to call an HVAC repairman to troubleshoot a problem. We were not able to be there. Renee met him on our behalf and supervised the work with our thanks. I don’t have enough good words to say about Renee and the work she did on our befalf. Jim and Betsy Attaway
Renee was recommended by a friend. I have already reached out to him and thanked him for the referral. Renee is a consummate professional. I knew from our first meeting that we were in good hands. She came prepared and gave us the information we needed to make a quality decision. She took great care of us throughout the process. We had 3 offers for our property within two days of listing it. With her counsel we accepted an offer. She kept us fully informed throughout the process. And she went above and beyond to see that things went smoothly over the next month. At one point she met an HVAC repair technician on our behalf to make sure the deal stayed on track. We were lucky to find Renee and we truly appreciate her efforts. We closed on a sale a month after she listed it which was largely due to her awesome work.Jim and Betsy Attaway
