Fabulous and wonderful

When I lived California I was an Executive Vise President in charge of a 6 Billion dollar mortgage division. I delt with thousands of agents in the western region of the country, Because of that 4 decade exposure in the industry,I would rate Kat in the top five individuals I have known and worked with. She was smart, precise, a solid financial negotiator, excellent communicator, a lady of obvious pulchritude and supremely qualified for her job. I would recommend here to anyone. Her broker has a magnificent asset at her office facility, i have used her skills in multiple purchases and sales as well as my Daughter and Son in law. She has always exceeded our expectations with skill and understanding in every transection. I could continue to extol her virtues as she has never been obsequious to her tasks and character.
